Nursery
You can be sure of a warm, welcoming and homely feel as you enter the building, which is also home to the owners. The main hall provides lots of space for educational activities and general play. The farmhouse style kitchen is used for snacks and meal times promoting a ‘one big family’ feel.

Baby Unit
The upper floor of the newly renovated St Johns Church Hall provides us with a small dedicated unit for our 3 – 23 month old children. Just a couple of minutes away from the main building, our baby unit has its own team of qualified, experienced staff. Just like the main nursery, everything is focused upon the developing child so that by the time they are 18 months, so long as they are ready, they can begin to make the transition to the main nursery with confidence.

Pre-School @ St. Johns
The education that your child receives in their early years plays a vital role in shaping them for the future, so it is important to choose a pre-school which gives them the best start in life. Rocking Horse Pre-School @ St John’s in Purbrook lets children learn in a caring, safe and interesting environment where they are taught all the necessary skills to prepare them for their transition to infant school.
